⦁ Manage corporate equipment and hardware/software resources
⦁ Source prospective suppliers, conduct qualified vendor evaluations, and implement procurement risk management
⦁ Facilitate cross departmental project coordination, operational data analysis, and management decision support
Manufacturing Department
⦁ Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) on construction site to ensure production efficiency and stick to delivery schedules
⦁ Resolve manufacturing related product issues during the production process
⦁ Manage manufacturing equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation, maintenance, and servicing
⦁ Oversee engineering installation, on site assembly and commissioning, and after-sales technical support
Quality Assurance Department
⦁ Lead internal and external quality inspection
⦁ Establish and implement incoming, in process, and outgoing inspection standards
⦁ Handle internal and external quality troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions

⦁ Collect process quality data to conduct statistical analysis and drive continuous quality improvement
Lab
⦁ Execute testing operations in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 international standards and the quality manual
⦁ Perform preshipment functional and safety testing on products
⦁ Maintain the precision of testing equipment, conduct regular interlaboratory comparisons, and monitor environmental temperature and humidity
⦁ Perform data analysis, and compile, review, sign off on, and manage test reports and documentation
⦁ Develop and validate new test methods based on customer requirements or updates to international standards
